Is it possible to feel sorry for Paris Hilton under any imaginable circumstances?
Yes, despite being young, healthy, wealthy, and well, just about everything else most people aren't, even Paris can have something go wrong for her, without her being responsible for it.

Didn't Letterman act like more of an idiot than usual?
I don't usually defend people like Paris Hilton, but come on; Letterman grilled her like a cheap hot dog on the Fourth of July. She went to jail for driving while suspended, not for murder, and not for the DUI itself.
