No, despite some recent goofball antics on TV, Tom Cruise hasn't gone completely off his rocker and dressed up a canine, a la Paris Hilton, nor has he done anything untoward to man's best friend.
He has however, along with a bunch of other celebrities, contributed his artistic talents, or the lack thereof, to a charitable, if not offbeat event.
Fiberglass dogs were provided to various celebrities who in turn festooned them with whatever they could dream up. Cruise decorated his with autographs from the cast of "Elizabeth," a film he is producing, in which Orlando Bloom is starring.
The dogs were auctioned off and the proceeds went into the coffers of The Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, as reported in "SteathamGardian.com."
