Karinne Steffans is using her mouth for something different these days. Known affectionately as "Superhead," the Hip-Hop groupie, who has become dear to Usher and a host of other stars, is writing a tell all book, as reported by "Eurweb.com."
The book, it's said, will detail the sexual preferences and foibles of her conquests.
Some people say it's unseemly to bring such things into the public forum but hey, when asked why she did it Karinne said, "for the money," and I understand it's well into 7 figures.
I say she's just making the most out of having a good head on her shoulders!

I know she’s fine as hell. I ain’t mad at her either. We all have some ‘stuff’ in our pasts. She has her ‘stuff’ as well. What would people say if they knew some of the things we did … and some of the folk we did some stuff with? huh?
Her book was a trip. I just got to readin it a couple weeks ago, she is soon coming out with another one, and in the process of turning “Confessions of a video vixen” into a movie. lol should be interesting. lol
