Lisa Stansfield and a number of other celebrities including Bob Geldof, David Hockney, and Steven Fry are smoking mad about the probable ban on puffing in public and in pubs.

So far no celebrities have lined up to support the unpopular measure but the politicians have made clear their stand, mostly in favor of the ban.

Pipe person Donald Findlay QC, however, has sided with the stars to keep the Scottish smoking lamp lit. He has invested the help of a Professor of Scots Law from Edinburgh University to help fight the good fight, or bad, depending on your point of view.
