The expression, "You are what you eat", seems to be valid for those celebrities who are vegetarians, or at least for those who eat good looking fruits and vegetables.
According to "PETA", the "People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals", carrie underwood is the sexiest vegetarian on the face of the Earth.
OK, so far I haven't seen anyone better suited for the title.
I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and it hasn't done me any good. Perhaps that's because I eat lots of other things too, like starches. Maybe that's why I look the way I do.
Anyway I don't know if there are any particularly "sexy" fruits and vegetables that will help someone to "look" like what they eat. I think if you're going to try this approach I'd avoid all melons and squashes, and I guess potatoes and turnips.
