This is a video you must see. Rip Torn, shown above on the left, who recently has played comedic characters in movies such as "Men In Black," puts on the performance of his life while in police custody for drunk driving.

Torn insists he wasn't drunk, and his lawyers, who include Judge Judy's son, and her husband, TV judge, Jerry Sheindlin.

The defense being offered is that Torn was not drunk and was not wearing his hearing aids, and therefore could not respond properly to police.

Actor Jeffrey Jones has his heiney in a hot spot too.

The "Deadwood" actor has been accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy several years ago. Along with the more serious charges being levied, Jones is also accused of having the young boy dress in period costumes.
