California Governator, Arnold Schwarzenegger, kicked some ass this week.
In an effort to discourage dangerous vehicular tactics employed by the paparazzi, Arnold signed a bill that triples the damages that can be won if a paparazzi is found guilty of assault.

The offending photographer will also have to forfeit any payment received for photos taken during scuffles with celebrities.

That's why I take my pictures from the safety and comfort of my home.

Next Schwarzenegger took a shot at flabbiness by banning junk food in State schools. I wonder if that includes colleges?

I can see the lawsuits that this will produce when little Egbert or Lucretia gets busted for sneaking a Twix past the hall monitors.

Jeesh, it's bad enough that I have to cower and hide when I light up a coffin nail in California since nearly the entire State went non-smoking, now I guess I'll have to find a desolate spot to consume my Twinkies and Wing-Dings to avoid getting punched out by the food police.
