That's right, Perez Hilton, not Paris Hilton, is being sued for all that dough.

Most of you are probably familiar with Perez Hilton, the other very active and popular gossip blogger. In fact I've had a link to his blog on my sidebar for a long time, although he hasn't seen fit to reciprocate, hmmnh.

Hilton has been sued by a paparazzi company for copyright infringement copyright infringement but he claims he had a right to use the pictures under the "fair use" provisions of the law.
