Appearances can be deceiving; such as this scene, in which one could assume that almost anything was happening and possibly be right.
The woman on her knees is Paris Hilton and the guy is her boyfriend Benji Madden.
This is a position Paris routinely assumes but it is the first time it's been documented in public, in Prague at least, and it's all the result of Paparazzi chasing after Hilton.

So, Paris tried to run away from the Paparazzi and ends up banging her face on the floor, and then has a series of totally unflattering photos of her published.
She would have been better off getting "caught" by the Paparazzi and had half way decent pictures taken,
