NBC the No Body Cares TV Network is counting on Jessica Simpson to raise their ratings.
It seems that NBC will have Jessica Simpson appear in an episode of "Studio 60" another show that is joining their ever growing lineup of flops.
It's not yet definite, nor is it known if Simpson will be either a regular, or recurring guest on the show but if you're a Jessica Simpson fan you can read about it here.
Isn't this business of bringing someone special in during "ratings week" just a bunch of donkey dust? It's a one time thing done to artificially inflate a show or network's ratings. Then the following week it's business as usual.
What's the point? Everyone knows it's not sustainable, and I'm sure that potential sponsors are aware of it.
I don't get it. Maybe one of you guys can explain it to me in the comments.
