Natalie Portman, along with other celebrities, descended on a wildlife preserve in Rwanda last Saturday to attend a gorilla naming ceremony.

Gorillas are not only an endangered species, but the tourism industry in Rwanda, which depends to some degree on gorilla spotting by visitors, would suffer greatly if the gorilla population continues declining.
