Rough and tumble Mickey Rourke, seen here in his latest police portrait, has been picked up for DUI in Miami Beach, Florida.
Rourke, who portrays tough guys in his movies, and in real life did a stint as a boxer, unsuccessfully, was caught driving erratically, but not in a car or a truck.
No he was navigating a two wheeler this time, but not a tough guy, big ass Harley, he was put-putting around on a scooter, of all things!
It's probably just as well, because if he's going to drive while plastered, at least he can't do much damage with a Vespa, other than to himself.
