If you have access to a camcorder you can make $15,000, if your 15-second clip is chosen as the winner in the American Express/ Tribeca Film Festival's , "15 Second Clips Competition."

Be the winner, become a celebrity filmaker, and get mentioned in "The Celebrities Weblog."
