The new "Lost" hottie, Michelle Rodriguez, can' t seem to keep her cute little ass out of a sling, both on and off screen.

"Lost" actresses, Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros, were driving on the same highway, about 15 minutes apart when they were pulled over for erratic driving.

The pair are seen here, not looking quite as alluring as usual.

Now that you' ve seen these pictures tell me which one you'd rather fight, or have on your side in a fight.

Yeah, you'd be smart to pick Cynthia for the first, and Michelle, for the latter. Although she was born in Texas, she grew up in my home town, Jersey City, N.J. Yeah, that automatically makes her tough, and not surprisingly, probably a little lacking in gray matter. I should know.

This incident occurred in Hawaii, where "Lost" is filmed, but last year Michelle was picked up for DUI and other infractions in Los Angeles.

Not surprisingly, Michelle, who is always cast in tough-girl roles, answered to assault charges in Jersey City, in 2002.
