From the looks of it Lindsay Lohan appears to be creeping back to her old ways of partying and overindulging.
The picture above was supposedly taken about 2 weeks ago in New York and shows Lindsay asleep in a car during the wee hours.
Lohan was spotted drinking at a party where her "BFF", Best Friend Forever, Samantha Ronson, was in charge of DJ duties.
