Dad Of The Year candidate, Michael Lohan, currently residing in Collins Correctional Facility, says he knows what's best in the partner department for daughter, Lindsay.

I love the names assigned to jails theses days. Collins Correctional Facility sounds more like a home for persons with bowel problems than a place designed to keep drunken bums from wreaking more havoc.

Anyway, the guy Lindsay's reprobate dad says is the right one for her is Wilbur Valderrama.
