I started this month's postings with a story about Lindsay Lohan being in rehab and having to cancel her 21st birthday party.

On July 17, I wrote about the renewed, sober Lindsay who was on the road to recovery, again, and who was wearing an alcohol monitoring bracelet.

Now, 8 days later, she's in trouble again, big-time, and is back in rehab, where she may as well take up permanent residence.

This time around Lindsay was picked up for DUI, driving on a suspended license, and possession of cocaine. Lohan, whose latest mug shot is seen above, refused to take a Breathalyzer test at the scene but flunked it later at the police station.

There is also a bizarre twist to this story. It seems that Lindsay was chasing another vehicle at the time of her capture. The car was being driven by one of her former employees who had recently quit.

This chick is certainly working overtime to ruin what once was a promising career.

Calum Best, who apparently is not Lindsay's "best" friend, dumped her as his on again, off again boyfriend because he said she is "too boring when she's sober."
