It's a new year, and Lindsay Lohan is news again, right from day one.

Lindsay fell off the wagon while heralding in the New Year but supposedly it wasn't much more that a single sociable drink. Let's hope so.

Here's the report on Lohan's New Year's drinking.

Meanwhile Lindsay sailed into the new year in Capri, Italy by partying with 3 different guys as reported here, where you can also read about what Hayden Panettiere, Milo Ventimiglia, Paris Hilton, and Kevin Federline, were up to on or just after New Year.
