Here we go again. Another paparazzi puts himself in harms way, gets a tiny bump, retains an ambulance chasing lawyer, and files a lawsuit against a deep pockets celebrity.
This time it's Linsay Lohan, and her mother, DINA, seen here picking up some partying tips from her daughter, who are being sued.
Dina is being sued because she is the owner of the vehicle that Lindsay was driving the pair of them in.
Here's the story.
Sounds like the usual BS to me; I hope he gets zilch.
