Even when she's not up to something there's always something going on in Lindsay Lohan's life.
Remember the incident last July when Lindsay chased a vehicle driven by the mother of an assistant who had recently quit?
Well, a passenger in that vehicle, Tracie Rice, is claiming that she was traumatized by the experience, has incurred extensive medical bills and lost her job as a result.
So a lawsuit has been filed against Lindsay Lohan and my hunch is that it will be a costly one.
