Celebrities are always looking for something that will enhance their appearance, here's one you can afford.

When celebrities get in to something it's usually exotic and expensive. There's no end of expensive spas, retreats, treatment centers, personal trainers, and other fitness schemes available to the rich.

So what about the rest of us do to stay in shape, particularly the ladies, that doesn't cost a fortune? I deliberately exclude men from this because the thought of a guy pole dancing makes me want to hurl.

Yes, pole dancing, the mainstay of "gentlemen's clubs" and strippers, so I'm told, is now very in for female celebrities.

Britney Spears, who underwent a tummy tuck shortly after giving birth, has just leased a dance studio, so she can scamper about and get back into fighting shape, no mention of pole dancing however.

But Kate Hudson, and other celebrities are going the budget route, and have opted for a pole.

Last year Carmen Electra went the stripper route, and actually produced a DVD, as I reported here.

Her motive however, was more directed at enticement, which is fine with me.

So, now you girls can get a pole, get in better shape, and get your guy excited, right at home, without breaking the bank.
