Rock's most recent previous fight took place at the MTV Music Awards when he took on Tommy Lee in the "Battle of the Ex-Husbands of Pamela Anderson".
The Kid is also slugging it out with fellow recording artist, Bruce Springsteen, but that's a non-contact bout.
