It has to be bad if it shocked the boisterous and outrageous Kelly Osbourne.
It seems that Kelly is very upset at the appearance of some of her friends and other celebrities. The problem is weight, not too much, but too little it seems.
The current trend appears to be that the first girl who can hide behind a sign pole wins.
Kelly's not down with that, and I don' t suppose that it has anything to do with her own scale tipping do you?
