Over-the-hill-gang member Joan Lunden is again dabbling in science. The fading, starved for attention, 53-year-old former TV personality turned brood mare is not content with 5 kids.

She has again contracted with fertility specialist Dr. Guy Ringler, and egg donor Deborah Bolig for another duo ensuring that she will stay in the news and keep her voracious ego well fed. Her husband Jeff Konigsberg is also rumored to be somewhat involved.

Lunden is due to deliver her second set of twins in March providing continued employment for the nannies and her other employees who will probably take on the task of actually raising her brood.

The idle rich have always had odd ways of filling their time, such as hourly enemas, but this business of giving birth as a pastime is certainly different.
