Ageless wonder, Joan Collins, has revealed the secret to her still svelte figure.

Her secret though, is that there is no secret, she simply eats less, as told to "FemaleFirst."

So, in the end, it looks like the best exercise, is in fact, to push oneself away from the dinner table.

While there's no magic to maintaining a healthy weight, one can take solace in the fact that at least there are no expensive special meals, or dietary supplements to buy.

At the age of 72, Joan Collins, is still an inspiration to women, who admire her ability to retain her looks, charm, and grace, to the point of snagging husband number 5, who is 32 years her junior.
