Maybe Charlie recalled what Denise looks like sans clothes, in the above photo, and decided that he'd like to hang with her again.

They look married to me. Look at the way Sheen is holding her bag. That's the right way for a married guy. It's like, " Hey this isn't mine, if it was, I'd sling it over my shoulder. But since it's so girly I'll hold it awkwardly, and as far away as possible so no one gets the wrong idea."
I think after what I’ve been reading in the press as well as seeing the divorce certificate that the Denise & Charlie affair is definitley over. But of course, I don’t know them personally, so I could be wrong.
