For years I thought Daryl Hannah was good looking and my wife thought she was a kook. Recently, my wife has commented on how good she looks, at 42, and I'm thinking that Daryl is a bit of a kook.

Daryl lives in a one room stone cabin, in Colorado, as opposed to the usual opulent Hollywood houses occupied by most celebrities.

She lives this way as a form of protest to the excesses of her peers, and also disdains the huge parties and other extravagances of the Paris Hilton set.

She recently took her protest to the next level when she took up temporary residence in a tree.

By the way, I still think she's hot, kooky, but hot.
