I found a great website that, among other things, rates celebrities in several ways including who are the current hottest celebrities.

Zac Efron, shown here engaged in practicing his foreplay technique, currently tops the list of 50.

But the best part of this site is that it tracks who celebrities are dating and it even has a sort of archive that lists past relationships.
