Not many actresses would get excited over having 3 lines in a movie but when it's a harry potter movie all that changes, even for an acclaimed actress like Helena Bonham Carter.
In fact Carter put more effort into her short appearance than some actors and actresses would for a much bigger role as she explains here and here.
Helena recently officiated at the opening of the South End Green Festival so she's still capable of doing normal things besides playing her crazed character in Harry Potter.
