Much to the dismay of those who always like to think the worst of people it now appears that Heath Ledger's untimely death may very well have been the result of natural causes.

The latest word on the late 28-year-old's death is that he did not have an amount of legal drugs in his body that could possibly have caused his demise.

As a result it is looking more and more that Ledger may have had a heart attack.

It really is a shame that such a talented and engaging young man should die at such an early age despite being in what appeared to be excellent physical condition.
