I don't want to sound like a prude, but despite Panettiere's grown up looks, she is a minor. It seems that club owner's are immune from the law when it comes to permitting underage people into the bar.
And then people wonder why so many kid celebrities end up like Lindsay Lohan.
She has also been seen in the company of now inmate, Paris Hilton, early this year, and are said to have a mutual interest in toy dogs.
