MOVIE MATTERS
by jim on July 20, 2004
What would summer be without a road trip?
This year, "Harold & Kumar Go To White castle," which premiers on July 30, should satisy the wanderlust in all of us.
The road to a White Castle hamburger joint turns into a series of twists and turns for tripees Harold and Kumar a la "Road Trip" and "Dude Where's My Car?"
The hapless duo, played by John Cho and Kal Penn, of "American Pie 1 & 2," and "Malibu's Most Wanted," respectively, intent on satisfying their urge for White Castle hamburgers end up taking a journey through their own minds.
The movie has been rated R due to strong language, sexual content, drug use and some crude humor, which makes it sound appealing.
