The Oscars are history, the picture everyone thought would win, won. Chris Rock, it was feared, would be controversial, and he was, bye, bye Chris. As I've learned, you can' t always speak the truth and expect to be congratulated.
There weren't any wardrobe malfunctions, or use of the "F" word, and the show didn't even run too long. So what was the big deal for this year? It seems that hair was the biggest topic of interest for this year's Oscars.
Last month, Julia Roberts and George Clooney were recognized as the best coiffed celebrities on Earth, according to The Sally Beauty "Celebhead" survey.
Charlize Theron and Scarlett Johansson, however, were voted the best dressed heads at the Oscars this year, as reported by " ArriveNet."

So why do I have two photos of Salma Hayek today? Because I think she has incredibly great hair, among other things, and I can never get enough of her.
Here's a link to a good critique of the major events and stars of the show by Michelle Solomon.
