The Oscars may have captured all the headlines this past week but there were other goings on in the world of celebrity.

I declined my invitation to The Academy Awards when my wife told me I'd have to wear a tie, so I had extra time to dig out some interesting reports of other non-attendees activities.

Gwyneth Paltrow was seen partying with the Clintons, that's former President Bill, and current Senator Hillary, at Lupa's, in New York City.

They and a large group of friends were celebrating daughter Chelsea's 26th birthday; jeez, they grow up fast.

I guess Bill can go off his bad heart dictated low fat diet once in a while.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving, Sunset Tan, with an unidentified female companion.

Now we know that her recent healthy glow is store bought.

Actor/comedian, Jimmy Fallon, was observed looking worn out and rumpled, at about 3pm on Sunday, outside of his Gramercy Park digs.

Maybe he attended a do it yourself Oscar party, as I suggested in Sunday's posting, and overindulged before the show began?

Drew Barrymore attended a "Strokes," concert Saturday night, where she danced, sang along, and waved to the group's drummer,Fabrizio Moretti, who is her boyfriend.

Stay tuned for more.
