Yoko Ono has been successful in her effort to suppress a never before seen 36-year-old movie that chronicles John Lennon's life during February, 1970.
The footage was shot by Ono's former husband, Tony Cox, and Yoko apparently just doesn't want it shown.
Meanwhile, still living former Beatle, Paul McCartney, is apparently closer to winning his points in his divorce battle with Heather Mills.
As is usually the case in these high profile cases the mud is being slung at high velocity and in huge amounts.
Makes one wonder why these are called "civil cases."
