MOVIE MATTERS
by jim on December 13, 2006

Well excuse me Ms. Hur-ley.
elizabeth hurley says she finds non-celebrities "too exhausting" as friends. Conversely, does that mean that celebrity friends are boring?
She goes on to say that she used to enjoy sitting at sidewalk cafes and now she can't because people stare at her. Uh, that's the price of fame baby.
I wonder if Hurley would rather have worked a regular job at minimum wage so she wouldn't be noticed at a sidewalk cafe?
Oh wait, if she did then she wouldn't be able to afford the price of coffee at those places. Now I feel sorry for the poor thing, looks like she just can't win.
You can read about it here.
I wonder if Liz finds non-celebrities a nuisance as fans of her movies? As her looks fade we'll see how far she gets as a serious actress; I don't see another Meryl Streep or Helen Mirren here.
