The once successful actor who popularized the all white outfit while starring in "Miami Vice" has been caught in a vice of sorts by his local grocery store.

Don Johnson has been sued by Clark's Market for failure to pay his $5470.00 food tab. He has been ordered to pay the bill plus $426.85 in interest and $101.00 in court costs. Johnson did not protest the action.

In May his $930,000.00, 17-acre ranch near Aspen, Colorado was put up for sale due to a bankruptcy proceeding brought by the mortgage holder City National Bank of Los Angeles.
