Women woes continue for Kobe Bryant. It seems that Karl Malone made some untoward remarks to Vanessa, Kobe' s old lady.

Looks like "The Mail Man," tried to deliver an unwanted package and got a "return to sender," stamped on him.

Not that a thought like this would ever cross my mind, but a friend suggested to me that Malone may have thought that in view of Kobe' s recent problems in Colorado Vanessa might have been in the mood for a bit of a revenge tryst.

Apparently Mrs. Bryant is not accepting passes from anyone and she not only told her old man but also clued in Malone's wife, Kaye. Ouch!

The Bryants and Malones, who are neighbors, have had a close relationship and were frequent visitors at each other' s homes.

Kobe says he called Malone, who is currently recovering from knee surgery, and told him to steer clear of his wife. He went on to say that if Karl were to return to the Laker' s lineup he would welcome him as a teammate, but would no longer socialize with him.
