Texan Dennis Quaid has sworn to make another movie in the city of New Orleans as part of the effort to infuse the storm ravaged area with much needed funds and employment.
Quaide stated that he's had a soft spot for the city ever since he starred in "The Big Easy."
His plan is to film the movie, "Shame On You," which he wrote and will direct.
Plans are underway to start filming this January, and will be the fifth movie that Quaide has made in New Orleans.
