Denise Richards has been a busy girl lately.

She and Charlie Sheen were recently rumored to be on the road to reconciliation, but it seems they are now headed for a classic divorce court battle royal.

On April 21 Denise filed a statement with the court that is nothing short of sensational. In addition to the expected complaints that Sheen's behavior is irrational due to his former drug use, etc, Richards also alleges that he essentially threatened her and her parents lives, and is addicted to porn that portrays underage actors.
