The rumors that Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman are reuniting have barely cooled down when reports that Cruise and Cruz are making another go at it!

Man does this guy get the cream of the crop or what?

Genuine nice guy Tom cruised into a Dairy Queen in Lexington, Virginia a few days ago, with no less than mega-Director, Steven Spielberg, and Penelope Cruz in tow, along with a considerable entourage.

It seems that Tom is a big fan of Dairy Queen' s treats and there aren't any in Tom's neck of the woods in California, so he jumped at the opportunity to indulge himself while taking a break from filming his latest certain hit, the remake of "War Of The Worlds." .

I'm a Dairy Queen fanatic too and fortunately we have them here in Vegas. Hey Tom, c'mon over, I'll treat ya ta some, and while you're here, I have a script I think you'd be interested in.

The place was closing and the staff was engaging in a holiday party, so Cruise and company joined in. He signed autographs and posed for pictures, and, to convince the naysayers that he really was there, he allowed himself to be taped for quite a while by the security cameras.

He also dumped $6600.00 into a collection can for a local 11-year-old girl who had been seriously injured in a go-cart accident and needs additional medical care.

Pretty nice pocket money, and an even nicer gesture!

My sources informed me that Cruise and Cruz shared a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate, a Brownie Earthquake, and a Peanut Buster Parfait, for a total of 1810 calories, and they both still look great.

The duo were spotted having dinner together in Spain last September. We'll see if they really are back together or if the situation truly is Mission Impossible.
