CLOTHING CHALLENGED CELEBRITIES

Last week I reported on "Esquire" magazine's choice of "Andre 3000" as the best dressed man in the world.

This week I'm here to tell you about the choices for worst dressed women.

It always amazes me that some of the world's most beautiful women, who also have tons of money, can manage to look like the horse's ass, when average women who shop at off-price stores look great.

You have to check out these "Celeb Photos" for a look at what too much money and too little fashion sense can do.
