Christopher Walken has thrown one of his many hats into the ring of politics.

The 62-year-old Walken, whose hometown is the same as my wife's, Astoria, Queens, New York, has decided to take a shot at the Presidency.

Is he qualified?

Was Ronald Reagan?

Let's see, Walken started his career as a dancer. That could come in handy when the time comes to dance around the issues. He also portrayed a Vietnam veteran in "The Deerhunter," so he's had at least as much military service as many of our highly placed officials who claim to know all about war.

He's also played a mercenary, various deranged individuals, a bloodsucking vampire, numerous gangsters, and many other roles portraying lying, cheating, self-serving characters, so he should be able to act the role of a politician.

I don't know what party he belongs to, if any, nor am I clear as to just how to characterize his leanings based on what I' ve heard so far so I'll leave that up to you to decide.

Now, what does this naked hottie have to do with all this?

Rachel Sterling, or as she's sometimes called, Angel Veil, when appearing in adult films, was in the movie, "Wedding Crashers," as was Walken. That's enough of a connection to the story for me to justify posting her picture.
