Tattoos have regained enormous popularity among both the masses and the celebrity world.
They are no longer the province of the celebrated "drunken sailor," who awoke after a night of revelry with, "Mom," sloppily carved into a bicep by a guy who moistened the needle with spit.
These days, tattooists are true artists in every sense of the word. One can have anything from a simple lucky number, to an elaborate mural comprised of exotic figures and text, carefully fashioned by an expert using modern, sterile equipment.
One the most celebrated walking tattoo billboards is Angelina Jolie , who has had more tattoos removed than most people ever have applied.
Shortly after Billy Bob, the guy, was given the heave ho, Billy Bob, the tattoo, was unceremoniously scraped off by laser.

It may be the case for USA but not surely for Asia. IN Many Asian countries, having a Tattoo in your body can make you look a bit weird. Sepcially in SOuth Asia social perception about Tattoo is not so rosy.
