Hollywood and its nearby celebrity rich cities probably have more plastic surgeons per capita than any other geographic region in the world.
It's as clear as the nose on Jimmy Durante's face that these guys enjoy full employment primarily performing the ever popular "Rhinoplasty", or "Nose job" as it is more commonly called.
