Everyone like going to parties, but wouldn't it be great to be invited to high class parties and get paid for showing up?
It's not just Paris Hilton who makes appearances at parties for pay, now a whole bunch of celebrities have jumped on the "Party for Pay" bandwagon.
Man, tell me the rich aren't different. How about shelling out $10 million for a bunch of celebrities to entertain guests at your daughter's Bat Mitzvah? That's what a defense contractor did 2 years ago. I wonder what it would cost today. Tell me that wars don't bring people big money.
If I remember correctly, when I had my Confirmation party, which is more or less the Catholic equivalent to a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, the big prize for me was being allowed to choose what type of macaroni was served with the sausages and meatballs.

I'm going to have my wife, who has far better artistic skills than me, make up some "Will Party For Food" signs for me.
