Celebrities seem to come in two versions, the kind who seem to have a glow about them, and look healthy all the time, and those who look like something one sees through a microscope.

A good example of this is the two Arnolds, Schwarzenegger, and Stang, who were in the movie, "Hercules in New York." See what I mean?
But can celebrities have an effect on your health?
This article says that celebrities can have ill effects on your health if they are wrongly followed as role models.
This article however, says that certain celebrity diet plans can be good for you.
