barbara walters and Star Jones are engaged in a full-fledged, she said, she said, battle, over the reason for the latter's departure from "The View."
The only thing that's certain is that Star has been shucked from the show.
What's in dispute is exactly how it all came about. Jones says it was her idea; using the old, "we've grown in different directions," line.
BaBa says Star's exit was the result of the non-renewal of her contract, or, as Donald Trump says, "you're fired."
I was sorry that it didn't turn violent. No, I don't mean hair pulling and scratching. I would have liked just a bit of gentle jousting with big, fluffy pillows as they called each other a bitch.
