The celebrity lists just keep coming, and this is one of the oldest ones around, and Britney Spears is number 1.

This isn't a music chart so I doubt that BRIT is pleased at being chosen as 2005's worst dressed woman, but then, I doubt that she cares.

Being on this list never harmed anyone's career, and considering that she's joined by Jessica Simpson, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Renee Zellweger, and other popular and highly successful stars, why should she care?

Now I'll grant you that some of the outfits these ladies wear are kind of goofy, but then again they' re all very young and trendy, and not everyone likes everything.

We live in a capitalistic society where one's success quotient is measured in terms of dollars, and not fashion sense, and since these gals all have bank accounts to die for, it appears that clothing choices count for very little.

Since appearances don't seem to count I dress comfortably, or as some say, like a slob. Apparently, if wealth is to come my way, it will, regardless of how I'm dressed. Anyway, if I'm going to be broke, I might as well look the part.

Now check out the photo of Britney on this post. I can't find anything at all tacky or wrong with that outfit. Well, maybe the longest strand of beads could go, so she won't be overdressed for a casual occasion.

Otherwise, she looks great to me!
