The official word is that Britney Spears has, "agreed to" Surrender sole custody of their 2 sons to Kevin Federline.
But all indications are that Spears would have lost custody in an all out trial, so she "agreed", to relinquish custody.
Britney gets increased visitation rights in return with additional visits possible pending her behavior.
I'm sure we haven't heard the last of this issue and you can bet there will be more court action down the road.
